Loyalty points or gift voucher are redeemable only after payment have made within 30 days from date of invoice. Redemption of gifts & gift voucher is strictly by proof of invoices, hence please keep your invoices after payment. All gifts & gift voucher must be claimed at our office during office hours. Please call our office to make arrangements before collection of gift or gift voucher. Any redemption are subject to acceptance and availability of stocks. We reserve the right to replace any of the gift with another of equivalent or higher value. Redemption value is based on purchase amount before GST. Discounted orders are not valid for redemption of points.
