1. What happens if Recipient is not in?
a. For Hampers, Bouquets, & other Gifts delivery
Delivery team will contact Recipient to obtain permission to leave item outside their unit. In the event if Recipient would prefer a re-delivery, we will then contact Sender and seek permission to perform a re-delivery at $10+GST.
b. For Grand Opening Flower Stand delivery to commerical address
Delivery team will leave the flower stand at the store front and take photo as proof of delivery.
c. For Condoloences Flower Stand
Delivery team will leave the flower stand at the requested address and take photo as proof of delivery.
2. Will you attach any invoice with the item delivered?
Nope, we will not.
3. I accidentially keyed in wrong delivery address or message details.
